1st Term @ Shichida - 8th July 2007

We 1st found out about Shichida from the June mommies in the SGforum and has been contemplating sending Darrell there when he is about 6 months old...but held back because we felt the fees rather steep and that he is alittle too young to handle classroom activities by himself.

The thoughts of sending him to Shichida resurfaced again in April as he approaches 1 year of age and hubby & I felt its a good time for him to try out some enrichment classes. My JC classmate who is now a secondary school teacher is also sending her daughter to Shichida and some of the June babies are attending lessons there as well, hence, it should be quite a good program.

We registered him in April for July class and the slot given to us is 2.30pm Sunday. Kissbb from the June forum are also in the same class. So cute Aiden & Brayden!

The teacher assigned to the class is Teacher Esther. I find her very friendly and sunny. The 1st lesson is a blur to me as it was conducted very fast pace...makes me feel a little slow as well...hahaha..

Aside from having some occassional fuss when he needs to returns the materials, Darrell seems to be enjoying himself in the class. Good Job Darrell!
